The Upper Valley Market is moving quickly, inventory is up in price from last year.
In Lebanon those who purchased a home early this year may have gotten the last of the bargain prices.
1/1/2016 to 4/16/16 median Selling price
in Lebanon was $202,000 with 20 homes sold,
in Hanover $565,000 with 11 homes sold
Currently the median selling price for homes under agreement
in Lebanon $275,000 with 41 homes
in Hanover $584,000 with 26 homes
Currently the median selling price for homes on the market
in Lebanon $279,000 with 39 homes on the market
in Hanover $639,000 with 43 homes on the market.
Prices are going up.
The Grantham market 10 minutes south of Lebanon outside of Eastman has very few home on the market only 24 homes, I have a great Cape with acres for $259,000 waiting for a new owner, little pond on the property open around the house with hardwood floor on the first floor, southern yellow pine in the master.
