Software Engineer Feb 18, 2014 We used Deb to both buy and sell our home in Lebanon, NH not only because she was incredibly informed about the area and real estate in general but also because she works the way my wife and I do. When we were looking, we took our time and Deb did not rush us, helped us make an informed decision. When we decided to make an offer, however, Deb moved as quickly as we do and we had an offer out in less than a day. Deb's been incredibly responsive, she gave us plenty of personal attention and she always worked in our best interest. In fact, when we met Deb, she simply volunteered to show us apartments in Lebanon without any pretense of a commission. When we decided to buy (and later sell) she was the obvious choice and the process was remarkably painless. We recently had to move from Lebanon so we listed our house with Deb....given how well she negotiated for us, I certainly didn't want her on the other side of the negotiation table. She is definitely not the type of Realtor to under-price your house to make a quick buck, or sit back and let the phone ring. She gave us lots of advice, and even decorated the house for various holidays because we weren't there. I think my parents were jealous since their Realtor didn't help remotely as much. After Deb received her commission, my wife literally turned to me and said "she definitely earned it." Given our high standards, I can't think of a better compliment.

What can I say she is the Realtors Realtor weather you are buying, selling,. Or going through the painful short sale Deb is the one you want in your corner. She will go the extra mile to take care of all that is needed to finalize your transaction. My personal experience was with the short sale as I said very painful the work that Deb put into making this happen was unbelievable I am sure that her commission did not cover the many hours she spent working with my Bank and the buyers realtor getting this completed.
