I am the top producer in my office having sold between 45 to 55 homes a year for the past 10 years.  With over 650 sales under my belt I don't come across much in real estate that can stump me. 

 I have been at the top for sales among all Realtors in the Upper Valley for the past 10 years.  Being named Realtor of the Year in 2010 by my fellow Realtors in the Upper Valley was very special to me.   I specialize in the education of homebuyers and sellers.  I keep myself educated on real estate, including building and energy efficiency, along with all the latest mortgage information to pass onto my clients.  Knowing the trends my real estate market is what you should expect but much more.  When you purchase you are thinking about today's needs; my job is to also inform you about resale and location for tomorrow.  I believe in technology, I will get back to you in a timely manner.  My job is to stay on top of all the details so you don't have to.  Once you identify your home I walk you through the process.  This has always been and will always be a full time job for me.  I want to be your Realtor for life I believe in referrals from past clients who can testify to my service and hard work.
