What is TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) and what do Buyers need to know.

October 1, the home loan process changed.  Below is information from one of my trusted mortgage companies if your are thinking of Buying a new home.  Word this morning was interest rates may have to go up very soon.
