Buyers have been waiting for the snow to go away, on March 7, all of a sudden the Lebanon and Enfield market started popping like popcorn. The inventory in Lebanon is low, only 38 homes on the market.
There are 46 homes under agreement today. Having more home under agreement than are on the market has not happen since 2005. Year to date 28 homes have sold in Lebanon.
