Are you a Buyer

Are you a Buyer?
As a real estate professional, I am not in the business of selling houses, I am in the business of helping people find a place to call home. I do more than just simply find a roof to put over your head. My job is about finding a place you can build a future and make memories. Not only that, but it is also one of, if not the, largest financial decision you will make in your life. The first of many decisions you will have to make begins with choosing an agent who will not only represent you throughout the entire transaction, but who will keep your best interests in mind. I treat you like one of my family, if I wouldn't sell the property to my daughter I would explain to you why but in the end the purchase is your decision.  With my education you will understand the real estate market in the area of your choice.  Information and Education of Home Buyers is #1.

Buyers have been waiting for the snow to go away, on March 7, all of a sudden the Lebanon and Enfield market started popping like popcorn.  The inventory in Lebanon is low, only 38 homes on the market.
There are 46 homes under agreement today.  Having more home under agreement than are on the market has not happen since 2005.  Year to date 28 homes have sold in Lebanon.  If you’re thinking of selling now is the time, give me a call 603-381-3977 If you would like this type of information for your home town market  just ask.  It is something that I offer for free via email.

Thanks so much;
