Our spring market is well underway, the rundown is below.
Hanover has 34 homes on the market currently with a median asking price of $797,000
Currently Hanover has 11 homes under agreement with a median asking price of $525,000 with only 31 days on the market.
Hanover last year from Jan. 1 through Feb 16 sold 5 homes with a median selling price of $410,000 with median of 53 days on the market.
Hanover has sold 6 homes since January 1, 2016 with a median selling price of $569,250
In 2015 Hanover sold a total of 75 homes for a median selling price of $595,000 with a median of only 30 days on the market
Lebanon has 43 homes on the market currently with a median asking price of $259,500
Lebanon has 14 homes under agreement with a median asking price of $240,000 with only 48 days on the market
Lebanon has sold 8 homes since January 1, 2016 with a median selling price of $202,000
Lebanon last year from Jan 1 thought Feb. 16 sold 7 homes with a median selling price of $195,000 with 130 days on the market.
in 2015 Lebanon sold 138 home with a median selling price of $234,000 with a median of 38 days on the market.
