My last up date was a month ago let's see what Lebanon looks like as of July 7th.
What is happening in the Lebanon NH market in 2015, if you are interested in purchasing a home you will notice that the current inventory has increased in the last couple months about 50 homes are on the market in Lebanon. Lebanon has about 23 homes under agreement, with 77 sold so far this year. Compared to 2014 this same time frame Lebanon had 52 homes sold with about 42 days on the market. Homes have sold faster this year and about 33% more homes have sold this year compared to last in Lebanon.
The market started very early this year with low inventory the spring market was crazy.
